Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the www.alarqamtuitioncentre.co.uk website operated by Al-arqam Tuition Centre.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Al-arqam Tuition Centre.
Al-arqam Tuition Centre has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Al-arqam Tuition Centre shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Teachers code of conduct
- If you’re applying as a teacher you must ensure that all the information and details provided are true and up to date. Al-Arqam tuition centre may cancel the contract at any point if any information provided is found to be untrue.
- Teachers should give at least 30 days notice before they can leave or cancel their contracts. If an appropriate notice is not given, Al-Arqam tuition centre may deduct the wage of one week from the leaving teachers’ final payments.
- Teachers must understand the protocols of working with children and if there are any concerns or any abnormal behavior is noticed in the children they must report it to the admin.
- Teachers are not required to complete any specific training to deliver their subjects; however, if any teaching training is needed, then they must state it in their first interview.
- Teachers are responsible for their actions and behaviours while in the class and this should be in line with the centre code of conduct and ways of teaching.
- The centre reserves the right to start an investigation whenever needed if an incident happens during the lessons or within the centre premises.
- Teachers are not allowed to take any pictures of the classes or students unless a permission is granted from the centre admin.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
